If I Am Heard cannot assign you a psychologist within 24 hours

If you have paid for a session,and we have assigned you a therapist ,and you dont wish to take therapy.

If youre unhappy with the services (midway),no partial refund ,we would assign you a different psychologist but with remaining time duration.

If you are not present at the assigned time, you must tell the psychologist or mail us atleast 6 hours beforehand the booked slot.

In the first plan [Brief Counseling] , we assign you the therapist.

In the other plans [1 week,1 month,2 months, 3 months] you may choose your therapist. Go on the Psychologists page,and click on the psychologist you want to take the therapy from.
